Unfortunately, I wasn't allowed to write this review without giving some sort of a star rating. I had to give this ignorant fool one star. She's the absolute worst!! I've been in the process of planning our wedding for about six months now. Trying to stay ahead of the game, I decided to look at bakers over a year in advance. When I found Cate online, I was immediately delighted at her pricing, flavor list and her quick response to my first email. I was fooled. After initially contacting her, I discussed with my fiance when we could arrange to have a cake tasting. I sent Cate an email(which she said she preferred) asking if she was available in two weeks. I never got a response. I called her a few days after not hearing back from her-- no answer. This went on for the next two months. Finally, after three months of no answer from her, I got a response from her asking if I could meet up with her in 45 minutes. Thanks for the heads up. When I told her that I couldn't make it at that time, she seemed pissed and sent me an email back telling me that I was being "impossible to work with". She is the most difficult human to get a hold of and when she does finally get back to you, she's rude and unprofessional. I have never met this ogress in person, but I'm sure she's just as unpleasant in person as she is via email. I would never recommend this negligent woman to anyone.
