      Welcome to Eight Hands in Broomfield CO. At our school, fitness and health of mind, body, and spirit is achieved through education, practice, and application of knowledge. Our New age designed facility has the atmosphere geared towards learning and experiencing what a martial arts lifestyle is about. The students, instructors, and learning environment is decades ahead of other schools/gyms. We offer group instruction complementary for every client, and ensure individual and partner training to be professional, of quality, and personalized to meet the needs and demands of every member. Whether you are here for weight management, stress relief, discipline, environmental/situational awareness and preparation, or to learn about traditional Martial Arts outside of mainstream influence, we provide a variety of programs and memberships that can help get you started today.       Our mission is to provide the best training AND education to every member. We focus on learning and growing. We are not commercialized, rank based, tournament focused, or geared towards show/performance. We recognize that every person has different backgrounds and experiences, and as such different goals and expectations. We tailor the art to meet the individuals needs and strive to be the most quality based system possible. We believe that regardless of mental/physical ability that anyone not only can achieve self defense skills, but deserves the right to have them.
