To Whom It May Concern, I want to write this email to let someone know how disappointed I am in the service I received for a simple septic cleaning. The first disappointment came when I was supposed to receive a call the morning of Thursday September 26th giving me a 2 hour time window in which I would be having the service done. However, I did not receive a phone call and ended up having to call your office at 11:45 am which is when the secretary told me it would be from 2:00-4:00. Is there a reason I was never called if there was a time frame already set in place? So I made sure I was home by 2:00 to wait, and wait, and wait. By 3:50 no one had shown up nor did I receive a phone call letting me know of any delays. I called back at 3:50 to inquire whether or not someone would be coming and if there had been an issue to cause them to be late. I contacted them a month ago and they came out and took the monies for the permit with the county and inspections. They are suppose to start on it today since they have been really busy. Will let you know how it turns out.
