A human being answered the phone on the second r ing and was very helpful and professional. I asked about a product, was told they carry it, but then was asked if I could wait a moment until they made sure the item was in stock before I made the trip to purchase it. They got right back on the line and said the product was not in stock, but the order was supposed to arrive later in the day and to please call back.My total time on the phone with them was less than four minutes. Remarkable service in this age of voice response and hard to get information!!
