Barbara is so nice! Russell is awesome, they are now called ALL SEASONS, NOT MODERN, and do yourself a favor and don't call "modern heating" they are nasty, I called Modern heating, by mistake, and asked for Barbara, and the woman who answered the phone, rudely stated " we are not affiliated with her or her husband!" and she refused to give me their phone number. ALL SEASONS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING CAME OUT TO A HOUSE THAT I BOUGHT IN FORTESCUE , NJ AND THE HOUSE HAD BEEN VACANT FOR 5 YEARS AND HAD BEEN DAMAGED BY HURRICANE SANDY, THEY GOT THE HEATER & AIR CONDITIONING UP & RUNNING PERFECTLY IN NO TIME! AND SAVE ME HAVING TO BUY A NEW SYSTEM! I ALSO USE THEM TO SERVICE THE OIL HEATER AT MY business, THEY ARE FAST RELIABLE AND REASONABLE!

We were told that our unit needed to be replaced, and I call All Seasons for an estimate. they ended up fixing our unit with a twenty dollar part - the other company wanted us to spend over $5000 replacing the unit. I commend All Seasons for their honesty and expertise!! We will be calling them now whenever we need Air Conditioning or Heating work. thank you!!

I'm a new customer, and plan to be a customer for life if I continue to receive such awesome service! My heater needed cleaning & priming. I set an appt. with Barbara, who was very friendly and professional, for Monday a.m. On Monday, Barb called me to let me know that the technician was held up and would be a little late. (I find that to be a rare occurrence with other businesses nowadays... they'll make you wait around for them forever without bothering to notify you that they're going to be late) When the technician arrived, I found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My heater is a BEAST, but Chris(I hope that's his name...I'm terrible with remembering names) was quite competent and had no problem completing the necessary work. He presented me with the bill and even reviewed the details with me. (Another thing that other companies rarely do nowadays). I am quite impressed with Modern Heating. Do not hesitate to call them, they'll take great care of you!

I have been using Modern Heating Service Russel Pace for the past18 years. They have been the most wonderful company to deal with. Barbara and Russell came to my home on Christmas Eve when my heater wasn't working to get it up and running. I had a new baby and they made sure that we didn't have to go without heat.
