Everyone very kind & professional with their specific skills. Very Clean & nice!!! Jimmy does some really good nail art!! He’s the only one that I’ve had experience with!!

Made an appointment with Jon based on review. He was distracted by doing so many things other than my nails that he had to redo a nail not only once but twice. Several nails still have polish over-run on my fingers and nails are uneven. Additionally, the ventilation in the shop is poor...So, if you are concerned about acetone and other odors, this is not the shop for you. An attempt to provide feedback was met with Jon's comment that I should go somewhere else in the future which of course was needless to say. I did not take Jon's offer of a $5 discount off the $40 tab even though the 20 minutes that he was late in starting my appointment in and of itself was unprofessional as was chatting with other customers and employees repeatedly...All adding time and frustration to what should have been a pleasant experience.

Had a girls day with my mom and daughters and they are awesome. Very clean and super friendly people

This was the worst experience ever. I went in for a pedicure and it took more time to dry my nails than it did on the actually pedicure. It's run by a husband and wife team who continually left clients mid service to tend to their son who was throwing tantrums. A razor was used on my heels...I could have done this at home. My nails were not filed, nor my cuticles properly trimmed. I ended up trimming my own nails and cuticles when I got home. A total waste of $28.00. I had to give a Star Rating for comment to post but it deserves No Stars and I would not recommend this plce to anyone.
