Nicholas A. Moschella, Jr. founded the firm after being employed as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. James N. Citta, J.S.C (ret) in Ocean County Superior Court: Criminal Division, a Municipal Prosecutor in over 20 towns throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties as well as a criminal defense attorney at multiple reputable law firms in his career. Mr. Moschella focuses on all areas of Criminal Law; including Indictable Crimes, Municipal Court offenses and more particularly, DWI Defense. As a former Prosecutor, Mr. Moschella is one of the select attorneys in the State of New Jersey certified in the operability of the breath test machine used in DWI prosecutions throughout the State; the Alcotest 7110. Mr. Moschella was recognized as a Top 40 Attorney under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association in 2015; and was thereafter nominated to the Top 10 under 40 the following year.
