      If this isn't the worst nursing home around, it certain ranks in the bottom five. The place is grossly understaffed, due to financial problems. Worse, still, many (not all) of the staff do not respect the personal property of those in residence.

      Pleasant Bay Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in Brewster, Mass., provides 24-hour skilled nursing services to its residents. Located on more than 70,000 square foot of land, it offers a wide range of services, such as medication supervision, pain management, and intravenous and infusion therapies. The services provided by the center also include chemotherapy, medication management and administration, health evaluation, and pediatric, wound and ostomy care services. It also provides medical care and support services. The rehabilitation services offered by the center include physical, occupational and speech therapies. Pleasant Bay Nursing & Rehabilitation Center also organizes a variety of recreational activities, including night trips, outings and event celebrations.
