Personnel was rude and offensive. Do not bother with this employement agency. I spoke to two of their associates and found them to be unhelpful, rude and total snobs. I have run my own company for a number of years and I can not imagine treating a potential client with great skills with so little regard.

If you are African American, do not waste your time driving to Brentwood for "positions" that are supposedly available. My friend and I both compared experiences and they are very similiar. She was also told just like myself to hurry out to Appleone to interview, because of all the "positions" available, however it seemed that as soon as they saw that we were black everyone's demeanor changed. I know that with over 15 years customer service, a college degree, and the experience needed that I am qualified for a "position". However, the only answer I get is well there's nothing available or we're just waiting for a response from a (phantom client that I know did not receive my resume/information on me from Appleone). They did this in 2006 to myself and 2 friends, and now in 2009 to myself and 1 of my friends. Another good example is that I have already interviewed and I am waiting to be placed, when I call they state there's nothing ever available, but my friend has scheduled an interview and is being told come on in we have a couple of customer service "positions" open. HA there's nothing for you, if you are black and show up at that office dressed professionally and with all the creditials, you will be thrown in what I call Black the Inactive files. I suggest that you do not waste your precious time, with the economy in the shape it is just stick to interviewing with more traditional companies like: Spherion, Randstad, and Officeteam. Officeteam downtown really rocks they made me feel comfortable and they always have something going on whether it be part-time or full-time. Good Luck to you all! I hope this helps.
