I will never refer anyone to this extremely rude branch. Jill Langdon and her co-worker Kristina, are the leastemployee friendly office staff ever!! Jill Langdon put me on a 2 week suspensionfor trying to represent the company in a good way. I called the customer,and told him I would be a bit late, because I had to go to the library and print out a time sheet, for this last minute job. The customer said 'No Problem', my driver is late anyway. Jill called me 2 minutes later, and told me the exactopposite, which I think she lied to retaliate. I've reported Jill and her officeseveral times for non-professionalism. I would have called Jill Langdondirectly at the branch to tell them I had to print out a time sheet. But they very rarely, if at all answer the phone, and even more rarely return my calls. My only other choice than to call the customer, was to no-show, but Jill is so dense, that she doesn't appreciate the fact that I was doing peopleready a good thing, by calling the customer. Their office gets really upset, when you call, and press the option #1, to talk with someone directly. So why is my name on the **** list, when I did a good thing? This is retaliation, for my reporting them a few months ago. Taking my name off of jobstack, is the fastest I've EVER seen her move. I did submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and am considering a lost wages casewith an attorney. I've been hung up on by Kristina, and told that jobs were alreadyfilled, eventhough it was still on jobstack. Peopleready took Jills side, without evena word of my side. There are over several hundred complaints online, about thistype of stuff with them, now I see why. The other branches are cool tho.

I have been going to Labor Ready off and on thru out the past 10 years. I have seen this company change, and for the better. I have had many friends find gainful employment, that has made a drastic positive change for their lives. Myself, I can go their and fill in the gap when I am need of extra money or looking for a different opportunity. The office staff is very responsive and willing to help anyone out. They have opened opportunities up to many people and have made a positive impact on my life and the lives of my family. Thank you for all that you do Labor Ready!!!

Always responsive to my needs. The employees worked heard and were dependable. The office staff was courtesy and informative. Their when I need the help. Thank you!
