The change in staff in 2014 is unfortunate! I was billed for a type of visit I did NOT receive AFTER talking to the office insurance person at the time of the visit. When I called her she said I would always be charged perio since I had done a deep cleaning 2 years ago and would not be able to get any regular cleanings again. I told her what a perio visit consisted of and that is not what was done. She said she'd check with the dentist and call me back. She called back to say they would re-file this charge but stressed that as someone who has had deep cleaning before I would typically be considered perio. Future billing issues are possible I guess.

Branson Family Dentistry is a great dentist office. The office is very clean and professional. The equipment is up to date and state of the art. The staff id very courteous.
