I went to the shop three times to fix the same pair of shoes. The service was slow and not friendly at all. I am looking for another cobbler.

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT go to BRANDON SHOE REPAIR!!! I have always been a supporter of this place and have recommended and sent several people there. However, today the owners have totally turned me. The owners pretty much called my mother a liar and argued with me and my mother. I am not a confrontational person, so I tried to handle the situation calmly and rationally. Both the husband and the wife were totally out of hand. Besides this incident shoes are never ready when promised, and when you do go to pick up they cannot find the shoes (totally disorganized). Upon leaving the store I told the owner I have always supported them and sent a lot of business to them and after this I will no longer do so. His response was "It doesn't matter, I don't care, we don't need it!" This was after his wife talked trash about me in Korean to her husband right in front of me. So, I am asking that you please share with everyone that you know and do not support this business, because according to the owners and their obvious lack of customer service - they don't need it

My son wanted his boots dyed black. She told me it would take a week. When my friend went to pick them up the owner was spraying them and told my friend to come back in an hour. She did. They did a horrible job. The pulls were not done and now most of what they sprayed on has worn off. I don't know where to recommend but not this place. Unfriendly as well.
