Great customer service and very honest people. I brought my Honda Odyssey in for a shaking and was told by other people I needed a transmission. Needless to say after USA Transmission did a full inspection I DID NOT need a transmission. The only problem I had were bad motor mounts and I also needed a minor Tune-up. They saved me thousands!! My car broke down near their location. They helped me out and fixed my car right away. The price was fair and the service was great. They even called a few days latter to check that everything was running fine. Great place, with great service. I will be back with any repairs in the future.

I would like to thank all the staff especially Dan and Kim for the excellent customer service I received in the last few months in reparing my Ford F-150 . It started out with the transmission than the A/C . They told what it would cost and how long it would take. There were a few other places I could have went too but instead I chose USA Transmission Complete Car Care Within 24hours my Truck was done and on the road rolling with cold air.With no problems,The most important part about it is the follow up phone calls to make sure that I'm satisfied .I must say if anybody wants great work good service what every you do just go by or give them a call . I am from Canada and had a Transmission job done in Canada, but it failed. USA Transmission is an ATRA member shop and completed the repair for the shop in Canada at NO COST to me. They are honest and even rented me a car. I highly recommend them for any and all car repairs. Dan, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease when you leave the shop. I went to the dealer and I was told I needed a transmission for over 5K. I decided to go to USA after a friend HIGHLY recommended them and found out the only problem with my car was a piece of the spark plug broke off and was rattling in the transmission and I only needed a tune up. I spent about $400 instead of $5000. Thank You USA for your honesty! Joe

Thought they only did Transmission however broke down in front of store and they did a major timing belt job in a timely manner. Owners Dan and Kim are wonderful to work with will never go any where else.

USA Transmissions did a fantastic job for me. I went to another transmissions dealer who told me I would have to have a completely new transmission which would cost me just under 3 grand. I went to USA Transmissions for a second opinion and they were so friendly and efficient. As it turned out I only had a crack in the radiator and the job cost me under a hundred. Thank you USA, for being professional and honest.

If this was the last place on earth to take my vehicle to, I still wouldn't. I probably would have done a better job myself!!! The vehicle was left at USA Transmissions a week, and the transmission still leaked!!! Called to let them know and they said bring it back for another 100.00. When the vehicle was brought in we asked them to fix any leaks or any future problems. We were told that he would seal everything and stop any leaks. After we picked the truck up we put the transmission in and six hrs. later we saw that there were stills leaks. We were treated rudely and i strongly feel that he rushed threw the job and didn't take his time.
