Quality Pier Builder just built my BoatHouse and they did a great job. Richard Davis is very helpful and straightforward. He fixed the broken retainer (broke during construction) and clean up the debris very fast. I am very happy and would call him again for the future projects. Littleton, NC

I used them only because I had no real other choices to drive and band the pilings for my boathouse. Zero communication other than "here's what you owe us for down payment", and "here's what you owe us for the balance", and that's no lie. Another contracter built my structure, but even still, Richard never contacted me to see if I was satisfied with any phase of construction, even his. The pilings were out of square, and the finished product shows it. They also reneged on some cleanup after demolition of an existing pier, and Richard never contacted me with regard to his promised "investigation" of the out of square pilings. Seriously, find someone else if you can unless being belittled and frustrated is what you're looking for. Their motto: "where quality is not a promise, it's a fact"...that should read "fiction".
