Impressive!!! Dreamscapes (Wes Northrup and his crew) are HIGHLY recommended. From the word "go", Dreamscapes has lived up to and exceeded our expectations. We had an "idea" to makeover our back yard living space. And, by listening to our budget and goals, he designed a "dream" back yard beyond what we could have ever imagined - in record time he produced what is now our reality - "A Dreamscape"!!!! We have recommended him to several of our friends and neighbors, many of whom have used his services with spectacular results. I trusted him with all phases of our project as he builds houses as well - a know it all comes in handy. See the house he built recently on 1070 Kings Ranch Rd. STUNNING! I can't say enough about his versatility and he shows a true passion for his work.

I requested a 6 ft privacy fence from Dreamscapes. The fence they built was awful and I have been trying to get him to fix it for 8 months after he was paid. In many cases the fence pickets were actually cut shorter so they would all be the same height. There were portions of the privacy fence that were just barely over 5 ft tall. The fence was to have 3 horizontal support boards. The contractors people in many cases only put 2 nails in the fence to hold the picket in place. I was constantly pointing out the sub-standard work to him. He acted as if was no big deal. He reluctantly had one of his employees put in new pickets and put a few more nails in the pickets. I finally had to purchase nails and finish nailing the pickets. When I was doing this the ground was littered with nails which I had to pick up. The work was performed and payment was made to the contractor and due to an error on my part an overpayment was made to contractor. He promised to repay me but never did. BBB didn't h

I truly know several great things about the way he performs his business, and several great things about him as well. He is a man that stands behind his work...and believes in total customer satisfaction. I've known Wes for approximately 20 years, and I wouldn't be writing this review...if I didn't believe in any of all the above I've just stated.
