Fantastic Facility! Very well kept by a most conscientious staff. Sarah and Dean are always knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Security is second to none. Ive maintained storage space there for going on two years for both my business and my personal belongings, and I am confident they are as secure as if they were under my own roof. I would strongly recommend Extra Space Storage in Toms River as well as the Bayville Facility which is equally well kept and well staffed, for both homeowners needing short term or long term storage or for the business owner to house additional inventory or equipment. Well done Extra Space Storage! and did I mention they are New York Ranger Fans? Lets go Rangers.

What a pleasurable experience. I have stored here on and off again for many years. The staff is always overly friendly and treat me more as a friend than a customer. The facility is always clean and I've never had any major problems with my unit. If something were to happen like my lightbulb going out or if I had a problem with my door latch the store reps were right on it to fix it as soon as possible. Another perk I've noticed with this facility is they are usually cheaper than most of the other storage facilities along route 37 which is always nice. Can not again say how much I've appreciated them through the years, whether its accepting packages for me that I've had shipped there (due to me not being there to accept myself), to calling me the day before the late fee hits so I have a chance to pay before getting hit with the late fee, to really just caring for their customers above and beyond what you would expect. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to store!!
