I just went to the k-mart on beneva in Florida. It was the worst shopping experience of my life. I spent over an hour in the store thinking out my purchases because like most in America I am middle class. I asked for help in the bicycle section and waited 45 minuites, I never got the help I requested. They could have had 300 worth in sales on bicylces but I am guessing that was inconvienant for them. Then when I got to the registar my things weren't ringing up the sale price, the lady was unfriendly and rang up everyone around me. I left everything at the front and left the store. It was the worst shopping experience of my life. I was misrable, not only did I waste my precious time, I got nothing accomplished. Needless to say I will share this experience and will never buy anything from a kmart company or any associating companies.

I have recently been to this Kmart loation and was pleasantly surpised to see the many chages the store has been doing. There are many new smiling faces and everyone seems to have a great attitude, making it a pleasant place to shop.

This must be the worst managed KMart in Florida. The employees are lazy and rude and the management is incompetent. Why would any manager allow 10 - 15 customers to be standing in a checkout line at 7:30 at night and have only one register open? Isn't my first bad experience there but will most likely be my last. The manager, Victor, is the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of shopping with! He goes above & beyond.
