      I chose Extra Space for the reasonable rates on drive-up units and the gate access hours being approximately one hour longer than another a couple miles away. I really like the set-up that I was able to use the facilities restroom while my help & I unloaded my things into storage. It seems like a secure and safe environment and I appreciate that. The downfall is that there is an incredible amount of dirt blown or dropped into my unit from either wind or the rough roll-up door. There's also a gap on the ground and a sizeable hole in the lock area. I keep my things very clean, cleaned before storing them, so this is a bit upsetting. I'm hoping I don't experience pest damage. The upsides I shared are true and the great service I received from the site manager Neal make this a facility I would recommend to a friend. Neal is compassionate and he worked with me on my move-in date and really expressed that he cares. When you are going through a stressful period, you need someone like Neal.
