stay away from the cooked food!!

If you ever go to this store, make sure that you stay away from the cooked food they have in the back of the store. My friend and I ate there and we both got food poisoning. When we called them to alert them about their food, they paid little attention to us and seemed annoyed and angry about our call.

I was wondering if you are able to sell some frozen breadfruit...there are other asian markets in northern california that sell this product. It is a common fruit in Guam and the marianas islands, including the philippines. It is sometime mistaken as jackfruit, but it really is a different fruit. I hope you'll be able to sell it, since I have not been able to find it anywhere in San Diego. Also in Guam a product from Japan call "Yours" Lemon Powder is a favorite item that we have not been able to find here. Mind you if some of the Guamainian and Filipinos know you are selling these items it will be a news worthy to pass on to our fellow friends and family.....I hope you'll make the effort to provide these items...it will be a great reminder of home sweet home...meanwhile I continue to shop at your store, because although "H" market and Vieng Hong is there as well as Seafood City...we love the atmosphere and the cleanliness and hospitality we receive each time we come to your establishment.

Thank you and I hope that one day these things will be found in your shelf soon.

I've been going to Lucky Seafood for over six years and I have had a handful of different experiences. In general I think it is a great store if you are looking for Asian ingredients or maybe china sets or fresh fish and meat. In the back they have fresh seafood, and off to the side they have hot take out food. There is also a nice soup restaurant branching off from the main store. You can take the hot food you buy from the store and eat in the restaurant (Which is what I do every Sunday.) The restaurant also has I nice menu and has pretty descent food. In conclusion while the customer service may not be the best in the world you will find a variety of things that may be helpful to you.
