Beautiful Work ! This amazing family business built our house from start to finish with quality work. Although excellent work takes time, George was patient with me while my husband and I made decisions about what we wanted. I feel like if I needed something or called at anytime to fix something they would come back that day. Thank you Siegrist Construction for our beautiful home !!!! We love it

Customer BEWARE: Siegrist is flat-out DISHONEST. George Siegrist put a new roof on my house. As part of the project, he agreed to take out the 50-year-old, very thin insulation between the roof and the cathedral ceiling and replace it with new, higher-R-value insulation. I was out of town when he did this portion of the job, and by the time I got back, the roof was sealed up, making it impossible to see what he'd done. George told me that he had put in new insulation (and he charged me for it). Last year, I had to make a hole in the wall to get access to an upstairs crawlspace that had been inaccessible. From inside the crawlspace, I had a clear view up into the space between the cathedral ceiling and the roof. The 50-year-old, thin insulation was still there, and that was all that was there. Siegrist simply bald-faced lied to me about the work he'd done, and charged me for.

TERRIBLE. The worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Siegrist failed to get proper permits before starting a septic system for our house, so the work had to be halted once the yard was torn up. The yard stayed torn up for 4 1/2 months (it was suppose take 3 wks), and the price went from the estimate of $6000 to $18000. We completed payment when there were still a few significant odds and ends to do (driveway to be re-graveled, concrete debris to be removed) -- and we never saw Siegrist again, he stopped returning calls. Worst of all: Siegrist's sub-contractor did not pay his bills to his materials supplier, and the supplier managed to put a $4000 lien on our house - despite the fact that we had paid Siegrist in full. We spent $1000 on a lawyer getting the lien removed. We have since talked to two other families who had similar experiences with him. Siegrist is charming, will give you a very low estimate and make you feel as if he is doing you a favor - do not believe it.
