These guys were great. They were "the middle guys" for pricing, but I had my dad (General Contractor- retired of 28yrs) look at the work and even he was taken back on how meticulous the job was and couldn't believe I got that good of a job for that price. Even the yard was landscaped as part of their normal clean up. Use them!

2 years ago I bought a home at short sale after having the interior renovated it was time for a new roof, a very important and costly project, I had called several contractors including Home Depot who said the price could could increase after the roof was torn off and the dry rot was exposed. I called "Merrimack Valley Roofing and Gutters" and Barry was there the next day measuring. 1 week later he had a very professional team tearing off my roof, it was gone and swept in 5 hours. My roof had a lot of rot and Barr repaired it all plus extended my new gutters 2 inches off the house. The original gutters were right against the house witch caused a lot of damage. I could type all day about the job he did and how happy I was with it but i have other things to do, I will end with If you need a new roof get multiple estimates then call and you will see why I chose them.

My father is a retired General Contractor. He went used to use Merrimack Valley Roofing and Gutters to do his roof and gutters on his projects. I got 4 estimates. They werent the cheapest, but not the most expensive. My dad went through all the estimates. He said that Merrimack Valley Roofing still had it. But he want to be his pain-in-the-butt self and completely oversee the entire job. We hired them to install our roof and replace our gutters, plus re-lead our chimney and repair some siding. The are the best in the area still. My dad sat out there and drilled each employee with questions and hypothetical questions. He got onto my roof and pulled up shingles to check stuff. He got out a tape measure and printed up the schematics on the materials they were using. When all was said and done, they did awesome. They did everything they were supposed to, and more. I told them that it they were perfect, I'd write a blog. So here it is. And yes, they were perfect.

They did great by us. My mother used them years ago, my sister and brother-in-law used them when they moved into the area. I called them first, then got three other estimates. They weren't the cheapest, but they offered the same as the highest quotes for slightly over the lowest ones. They showed up on time, took off my roof, installed a new one, then put on new gutters. They were in and out in one day and did an AMAZING job on clean up. The building inspector told me that they were one of the areas best roofing companies and he never found fault in thier work. I was mostly impressed with how neat and clean the whole ordeal was. My wife prides herself on our gardens. Not a single plant was harmed. I would recommend them to anyone. They've done great by me and my family.

I want everyone I know and anyone who reads these to know that I had a great experience with this company. They were highly recommended by my neighbors and my parents had heard of them. I called them out of the yellow pages, Barry Billcliff came out and did a free evaluation. He took the time to go through every aspect of the job. We went through samples and pricing and I settled on a roof system I thought was right for me. They showed up when they said they would. They ripped off the roof, putting it right into thier dumpster. they kept the ground clean. They put together my roof system. They replaced a bunch of wood and fixed some other issues without even charging me. All the guys were friendly and anxious to help. They replaced my roof in one day. They cleaned up the ground with a rolling magnet. My roof looks great. My yard never looked better. I strongly recommend thembecause
