Curves is good if you are a social exerciser this club was horrible. The coaches frequently stare at you while you are exercising and ask you a ton of questions which was annoying and I felt pressure to talk to them, not to mention I was not there to talk about my personal life with them. They push the diet program and I felt like a scolded child if I was not doing the program exactly how they wanted. I could hear them talking about other members weights and whether they were participating which was very unprofessional. They were over demanding and I will never go back to this club. However, I have heard that other clubs are not like this. Beware!!
