Everything was done quickly, on time and correctly. We had a furnace tune up and a new thermostat installed.

We've been using Standard Heating and Air for over 15 years for furnace and air maintenance for over 15 years and recently had them install a new furnace. From sales to installation everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. We also recently had our air ducts cleaned through them too and Jon was extraordinary! Very meticulous and even showed us before and after pics. Wow! were they dirty after our kitchen remodel. Great job all around! I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs!

I have used Standard Heating for years to assess my furnace and air conditioner and I have had excellent service. The service man answers my questions and expains what he is doing. He informs me of what would be concerning, what would happen if a specific problem arose. No complaints, excellent.

My old system of 25+ years broke down in the heat peak of summer 2013. I was very pleased with Standard for a previous purchase so I called them. They responded promptly for my request for quote and had a representative out to my home within a day or so. The rep did a very thorough job of sizing my home and suggested down-sizing my unit. I was skeptical of down-sizing but other companies also agreed. I also asked for a new furnace quote since there were a lot of good rebates available. My rep was not well-informed on all the AC/furnace rebate rules and I was initially misled on price but we worked it out to my satisfaction. Standard offered a little better price than my other quotes and what looks like a better warranty. The actual install went great and the unit works great too. Good Job.

They answer the telephone at the office promptly and are courteous and knowledgable. The technician that works on our equipment, Seth, is completely honest, competent and timely. As young, new homeowners, we've used Standard Heating and Air Conditioning twice now and have received wonderful service each time.They always called within 10 minutes of their arrival, which was nice, especially on the early morning appointments. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable, prompt and professional. They always put on boot covers before stepping foot off the welcome mat and nicely greeted our (noisy) family dog. The service was fast and thorough, they were happy to answer any questions I had and the quote they had given for a future service was not a penny more than they charged.Always accurate and trustworthy. We've only used them for heating thus far but when our air conditioning issues arise, they will be the first place we call.

seven Iyears ago, i had Standard heating install my furnance and airconditioning units. At that experience and subsiquent service appointments, I have been impressed with their care, diligence and great service (at a reasonable price).

I was pleased with the Minneapolis branch of Standard Heating. I called them out to inspect my furnace humidifier that didn't seem to be working. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the pad. I also appreciated that he used carpet protectors over his shoes every time he went in and out of the house.
