We recently purchased a lift chair from Mobility Center. What a wonderful experience!! They were knowledgeable about the options avail. and helped us shop for the best price for our budget. We did have an issue with the contol button not working properly, we called them and the shop guy came right out and checked everything on the chair. It was determined that the control button was not working correctly--they ordered another one, under warranty, and it was repaired within the week. We have had nothing but trouble from this company. They did not honor or back their product and we were left with paying a large amount for an item that could not be used. They choose not to respond to our concerns.

I came to Mobility Center with a serious problem with my power wheelchair. It wouldn't work and I denpend on it for my mobility.The personnel were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, my wheelchair was repaired while I waited and for a reasonable price. I left with a fully functioning chair and haven't had a problem since. They even followed up with a call to make sure I was satisfied with the service and that everything was okay. I highly recommend Mobility Center to anyone with a mobility need.
