He recommended that the company aerate and reseed the burned out areas. I hope to her back from the company soon. We have always received quality service from your company.

I receive ths Trudy calls before every application. I also receive the treatment on the day given. The results have been good all year. Weed control has been excellent. Color is okay. I do not water my lawn. Service notes are excellent and the specialist, Frank who does my lawn has been courteous to my wife and children who are sometimes home when service is provided.

Like the advance calls about treatment schedule. Often don't see the representative but I read the summary he leaves behind. See weeds dying and grass growing.

Overall you are doing fantastic. However, there is a small problem that needs to be fixed. There is this weed with purple flowers that is sporadically on the back lawn. Also it is very heavy along the fence on the two sides and along the garage side next to the flower bed. There is also a few dandolines but I have been spraying them with Round Up to get rid of them. Would appreciate if someone could come out to get rid of the purple flower/weed before they spread. I have tried to keep after them but there is more than I can handle. Thank you and please keep up the good work. I'm getting compliments from neighbors saying how beautiful the lawn is and how it is dandoline free too. Hopefully I can convince them to also receive your service. Thanks agian.

Milt is always friendly and complete. He has constructive comments on the trees and bushes - and the yard in general.

Very difficult to get them to start your lawn service at the proper time each year. They always seem to start about a month late. Then they try to play catch-up to get you back on schedule. The lawn treatments should be properly spaced at 5-6 weeks apart, but since the first application is late, they end up coming to do your second application too soon after the first application. First they're late and then they come back two weeks later to try to make up for lost time. Very poor scheduling! The end result is a poor looking lawn.

Unfortunately i paid for the tree spraying program due to bag type worms being present. although i was told a person would be out in a week i had to call three weeks later to get them to show up. Basically i paid for a guy to walk around the property and spray two trees. The bugs are on others. I also paid the day i ordered but am receiving bills even after i told them i paid. very disappointing. SG in Chester County, PA
