Always excellent service. Amy is prompt and efficient in dispatching technicians. Our Technician Ken M. was very courteous, worked hard, and treated our home as if it were his own. He replaced 80 feet of copper pipe in a confined attic space on a hot day in August with a smile on his face. We highly recommend Stokes - General Plumbing for any plumbing related needs.

i just want to thank Amy for taking my emergency call and sending over Arel to help us figure out why we had a sink hole outside out front gate. Right away Amy managed to pull a crew together and get the job done!! Mike Mills and his team pulled together and got thing rolling!! He found we had cracks in our sewer line and we had a big job ahead of us. They never had a negative attitude, always professional and complete and they got the job done quickly so we could have our house back running like a house should. They are always willing and ready and I don't know what or how I could do my job without this team!! But most of all Amy is always willing to pull it all together and I can't thank her enough! I had a leak in my bathroom this evening--a Friday night. I called the contractor who built my house and he recommended General Plumbing. Aren McWatters, the serviceman, came quickly and in well under an hour. He was knowledgeable, worked clean, is smart and very professional. He also answered all of my questions about the nature of the problem and what the solution would be. I was reassured. The leak is stopped, and thanks to Aren and General Plumbing, I can sleep soundly tonight. I recommend them without hesitation and took some of Aren's cards to give to my friends in the neighborhood.

Our water pipe broke Saturday night. A neighbor recommended a plumber who promised to come Sunday afternoon. When he let us down, Julio came Sunday night at 6 and gave us our water back by 8 pm. He was very friendly and efficient, and I would call him anytime I needed a plumber.

Mike was neat and very thorough. He took a problem-solving approach and genuinely seemed interested in helping us sort out plumbing issues, while keeping costs in mind. While we don't look forward to future plumbing problems, we do look forward to seeing him again.
