I have a lost international package that no one seems to know where it is. Pictures attached. After I followed advice of USPS Chat and signed it and put it in my community mailbox - still nothing - so I went to the post office on Friday. Double lines and one girl working. (Another lady standing there on workers comp saying she couldn't help or do anything since it is not her dept) After waiting 55 minutes, a "manager" I guess said Security would deliver it to my door (tomorrow - Saturday). It is now Monday at noon and of course I don't have my medicine.

I went on two consecutive days to the Humble Post Office and could not get my passport made. On day one, 3/3, I spent an hour and 30 minutes in line, before they decided to close early at 2:30PM; scheduled closing time is 3PM.

Retried it today 3/4, I was in line for another hour and 30 minutes, with four people ahead of me and I was not served.

The attendant is very slow with passport service usually taking about 25 minutes per person. She spends a lot of time walking to the cashier with the applicants to help them make the payment for the passport. This should be done in advance or simply let the person pay by his/herself and help the next person in line.

The attendant wastes time talking to other colleagues in the mailroom instead of helping the next customer in line.

Even at 2:55PM, instead of serving the next person in line, she walked around wasting time. If you complain, she simply shuts the door in your face. This is shows a lack of respect for customers, with people who are waiting for hours in line to be served. They should assign numbers and serve whoever has a number, even after 3PM.

The postal workers at this post office are disorganized and do not respect their customers. This is the second time I have had problems there. The last time, I sent a package priority mail to South America and it ended up in Israel. At worse, it should have been there in 15 days through regular mail, but it took 60 days to reach its destination. The services there are terrible.

THIS LOCATION SUCKS WHEN IT COME TO THE BEST FOR THE CUSTOMERS! A ON GOING PROBLEM

They screw up your mail deliveries and turn the problem around to be your fault. They stopped delivering my mail to my home and claim they thought I had moved. (So why didn't they put a note in my PO Box to inquire, I was still picking that up until they started returning that to the sender too) I know this because my bank started charging me for returned statements and I got e-mails requesting my new address. You go to pick up your mail in the morning 9 / 10am and hear them laughing and talking when they should be putting your mail in your PO Box which is empty but you go the same evening and it's full. We can smell the breakfast food.......Today's problem the 7am pick-up window. You (the manager) don't want to answer the bell (ringing for 5 minutes) and when you do you say I have to come back at 8am to pick up my packages because your workers are late. Could you have given me the packages you work there too? (Some of us work too and don't have time to play tag with you.)
