BUYER BEWARE
Aetna Prescription program is the worst. Very hard to pay bill any way you try. When you make a call to the payment call center the employees seem to be very unconfident. Also they fraudulent took additional $ 273.80 from our checking account and will not pay us back.

If a mistake is made it takes a lot of phone calls and auguring to get any kind of results.

I would highly suggest not using Aetna for anything.

Aetna Coventry Plan D Drug Plan:
“Is a Very Bad and Fraudulent Insurance Company in the United States of America”

I have spent over; 37 ½ hours with Aetna Sales, 7 ¾ hours with Aetna Headquarters, and 4 ¼ hours with Network Services to resolve 3 simple issues with Aetna Coventry, and nothing was resolved.

STATED IN A LETTER SENT TO US ON: 27 OCT 2018

1. Letter sent to us so stated we had a late enrollment penalty will be added to monthly premium. Comment: Medicare stated that we do not have late enrollment penalty.

2. Also stated that our Medigap Supplement Insurance what has prescription drug coverage and that Aetna will dis-enrolls us in our Medigap Supplement Insurance. Comment: Medigap Plan does not have Prescription Drug Coverage for 12 yrs.

After spending over: 43 ¼ hours with Aetna nothing has been resolved on the above issues on that: 8 Employee and 2 Managers stated that they will disenrollment us from the Plan D Drug coverage with Aetna. Comment: Medicare states that Aetna cannot do that!

Another issue with Aetna Coventry is with the Online Accounts membership! After spending over 4 ½ hours with the employee stated that Andre (employee) Anciently deleted our online accounts and we have to re-register again our online accounts!

WOW over: 47 ¾ hours total time over 4 days later we got is type of service from Aetna that is so sad that our United States allows this type of Insurance to do business in our great county.

In fact that my spouse was so upset and crying for (Three Days) and myself so upset I got Chest pains and had to go to the Hospital for Treatment is enough for you NOT TO GO OR USED THIS COMPANY CALLED: “AETNA COVENTRY INSURANCE COMPANY”

If you still want do business with Aetna Coventry you will find out the same treatment in which we had to go thru as stated above!

IN SUMMARY: Go with another Insurance Company and keep away from Aetna!

I really am discourage when you call a number listed on insurance documents and in the phone directory and the number is no longer in service!!!!!
