My husband was in crisis and called Dr. Burstein. He was rude and abrupt. He was mainly concerned about how many mental health visits my husband's insurance covered! He would not even give him an appointment! What ever happened to the caring physicians? This type of treatment is inhuman. I wanted to call Dr. Burstein back and tell him this, but my husband idid not want me to. So, this e-mail will have to suffice. I hope you will think twice in the future Dr. Burstein. My husband went to the hospital the day he spoke with you. It did not have to be that way if you took the time to see him or at least speak to him in a different tone with some humanity and kindness.
