I would give negative stars if I could. You're better off going to Walmart & buying your own stuff. Customer svc & professionalism is non-existent

We have used Cooks and Terminex and they were both terrible. Cooks service was horrible and could never get the job done. Terminex you had to call the closet office in Tennessee to talk to someone that knew absolutely nothing about you and wanted you to wait on them to be there for a four hour time block. Tabors service and attentiveness to our needs is beyond anything we could ask for. We use for both post control and termite services and couldn't be happier. These people that get on here and try to bash them anonymously are probably their competition or someone that has no clue what they are talking about. Remember the idiot is usually the loudest voice in the room.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Has taken me over 2 months and many calls to get paperwork to show the structures that are covered under termite bond. They do not care about their customers at all. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!!!!

I love Tabor....We've used them for over 20 years. All their employees have been wonderful and have always been good to us. Judge for yourself don't let a bad apple spoil the bunch. By the way they are locally owned and operated. Keep your money in our town " Dothan"...not some big corporation that doesn't care about you.

I have experienced consistently poor customer service over several years, both on the phone and with technicians.We switched to another company. Tabor is often less expensive than other local pest control specialists, but its not worth it.

Blah blah there not good. They got rid of my termites and they CAME BACK! The boss should be fired
