Consistently horrible. As all movie theaters they are over priced. But you can also expect horrifying restrooms with majority of the stalls clogged and many sinks not working. They also have the air conditioning units in multiple theaters broken, and in others the air conditioning cuts off half way through the movie. Frequently the films will lose audio for 20 or so minutes where the audience receives no refund nor the is the film rolled back. And finally the concessions are often sold out of commodities such as water. I have also found the staff less than professional and often rude.

Clean and friendly

it was the outstanding movie theatre that i have ever been in they are always friendly and they are alwathe theatre clean for the next group of people i hope u will continue to be on top go The Grand Theatre. have fun.

I ordered tickets to see Eclipse yesterday on the internet. I went to the theater and had the worse experience ever. A friend and I arrived at the theater and hour early, and was happy we made it in at a decent time and impressed with the orginization. We sat in our seats to watch the movie, after 30mins we realized the movie still had not begun. People were getting restless and decided to get up and see why it is taking so long for the movie to begin. At that point 45mins had elasped and we were told that there were techinical difficulties and that it will start in 10-15mins. Needless to say the movie never started and people were complaining and the manager was no where to be found. The staff was extremely rude and the usher did not come in to tell us that movie will be staring again for another 10-15mins. At this point it is 110a.m. When the movie was scheduled to start at 1159p.m. We left and received a refund and no offers of apologies or comps for our inconvience. Horrible!!!

Tried to call to get information about birthday parties for children. Never given the option to talk to anyone on the phone, just automated options. Typical customer service these days.
