      Blank and Wesselink & Associates was founded in Decatur, Illinois, in 1965. In 1981 the firm was incorporated as Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates (BWC). BWC provides civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering, construction services and land surveying to a wide range of governmental, institutional, commercial, and industrial clients. BWC is a full service engineering/consulting firm with the capability of providing all professional services required for most projects through our in-house staff. Resulting short lines of communication and centralized project control provide distinct advantages to our clients. BWC has experienced steady, significant growth since its founding, thanks to a philosophy of analyzing client needs, organizing a thorough plan, and then setting a course for nothing less than perfect execution. The firm's depth of qualified professional personnel means quality engineering for the Client -- produced within budget and on time. We are organized and staffed to provide maximum flexibility to allow our clients to choose the project approach most effective for the client's project including: Design - Bid - Build (Conventional) Construction Management Design/Build THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A PROJECT is the ultimate end and our most important goal; this is the philosophy by which our company and people are guided.
