      If you want an insurance company that takes your money and never approves a claim then this is the one for you. Husband had cataract surgery and they paid $550. The total bill was over 3,000. I had carpel tunnel surgery and they paid $2000-total so far that I have to pay? $4400. This has to be the WORSE insurance company in the world
