They lost my package and never tried to bother to find it, or call me about it, when they had been called and left several messages. Talked to lots of different people..... NO RESULTS !!!

Stood in line for 30 minutes being told to hop from one line to another because they had no signs out indicating on we're to go. Asked for Supervisor and she was EXTREMELY rude and very unhelpful. I will NEVER go back there again.

The Conway PO isn't perfect, but neither are you. Try putting/raising a flag on your box, maybe then we'll KNOW to check for mail.

Just wanted to say that the Postal Service in Conway is awful. We run a small business and for some reason the mail carrier does not pick up our mail. When I called to ask I was informed that they only pick up the mail if they have mail to leave.....what? So if they don't have any mail to deliver to me, they won't even check to see if I have any going out...? Wow, it must be a huge strain to reach over about 6 inches to the left of the other boxes in our mail box area and open the door to check if there is anything there. As a result of this type of attitude, some of my bills have ended up late and it's to the point where I have to drive to the local post office and drop my mail off if I want to be sure it gets sent. What a wonderful example of personal pride in ones job...more like commitment to laziness.
