I would like to know what happened to the local phone numbers? When you have a problem, you should be able to pick up the phone and call the PO directly without going through an 800 number and automated idiocy! It is absolutely ridiculous what you have to go through to speak to someone! What has happened to customer service?

Customer service at clayton post office via phone was lacking empathy. When a person calls it would be helpful to let the person express their concerns without being cut off and a solution given before the concern is conveyed. Just because the caller can't see the person doesn't mean we can't detect annoyance in the voice tone. Most people are not calling for a chit chat but have legitimate concerns. Please refresh customer service techniques with persons who handle phone calls. The postal service is a service organization that deals with people.

My mail woman Jo is the sweetest little thing. I am disabled so anytime she has a package for me she always brings me my mail, it saves me a trip to my box. Great service and really enjoy talking with her, could listen to that voice all day, always smiling and very friendly.

Mark delivered mail to my mother in law address at 2004 Heather Down lane and found her on the ground he helped her get up and made sure she was ok and then came back today to check on her. She said if it had not been for him she did not know what she would have done. Please let him know to keep up the great job he is appreciated !!!!!!!

Stunningly bad. They've driven through my yard twice and torn it up, failed to follow simple requests regarding delivery on multiple occasions, and made decisions regarding mail that shock me. With that said, they are really nice folks, just really bad at the job.
