LOT 53 IS COMPLETE TRASH AND NEEDS EVICTED PRONTO! (York Haven) At least 20 filthy cats and the children are dirty and feral.

Fair prices. Can't beat all that's included, especially for parks in Northeastern School District as the taxes are high!!

won't fix thing when called in, Raises lot rent and takes away services which use to be free. ($20 to penn waste for large item pick up) Dover township is suppose to be free (and Meadowview Motor park was, but now isn't)

They SUCK

The worst Management I have ever seen. The site mgrs. use strong arm tactics and harassment to get you to move so they can sell at higher prices.

Nice looking park with nice lots and well kept trailers overall. The lot rent is the highest in the area. Too many kids running loose without respect for their parents or anybody. Too many dogs, some running loose. The new manager is rude, lies and has total distain for park residents.

The park is fairly decent. Haven't had any issues with anybody or anything. Can pretty much do what I want without a problem the only things I'm not fond of is the natural gas rate is kinda on the high end for the commodity but still cheaper than electricity and just had a high efficiency furnace installed so the winter gas bill dropped by 25 percent so it's not bad. The other thing is the lot rent increasing annually but I will shortly be buying my own land for my mobile home so it's not really an issue.

Very pretty park and very friendly people who live in here. Not overall happy with management. Does not treat all residents fairly. For example..Some have swing sets for their children while others can not. Not a kid friendly environment. Certified letters sent out monthly to those who are not "within" the circle. Most places in there are well better kept up than the actual park managers. 2 Dog limit while many people in hear have 3-4. Stray cats over populate and spray outside furniture, bushes ect...... Average gas bill, $260 over winter months and $30-40 over summer. Lot rent $445/month with $10 increase since last year.
