Need to purchase a new stove after they serviced and said was fine. They wanted me to buy a $10,000 stove. I said no. They refused to even offer lower options. I had used them for 2 yrs. Only to find out they have lied to me and would not assist a regular customer. I will not use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Completely and unquestionably disappointed,

1. Questionable Service fee of $165.00 charges, just to show up for work and $60.00 per hour after. I requested four problems to be taken care of, only one got done in two hours. Then I would need to pay an additional $165.00 for another service fee for the technician to show up again, and to complete the 3 other heating problems.
2. The technician indicated a replacement digital thermostat at a cost of $170.00. A comparable replacement digital thermostat at Home Depot cost, $30.00 I had to pry this info out of the Service Manager, the service technician avoided the cost inquiry and played innocent to the part cost inquiry.

3. Country Comfort billing couldn't even get the billing invoice address and sent it to the wrong person and billing address. The service rate fee correct, and had to engage with the owner to define their hourly billing rate charge on the invoice. Which they over charged myself for $60.00.

The end result was the Owner said "I don't need your business over the phone to myself, as to correct the communication problem, with the sales person, service manager billing invoice and ultimately trying to resolving the poor customer care with the Owner of Country Comfort.

The owner was just plain rude and defiantly has poor customer service skills to correct the multiple egregious business etiquette problems and to make their customer pleased for repeat business and customer recommendations in the future.

"Do The Customer Business Math," as with customer service, rate billing and replacement part, billing charges and correct person and mailing invoicing . . . problems.

I will never do business in the future again.

I have been dealing with Steve and company for several years and two pellet stoves. Their customer service will not be beat by anyone. This afternoon Morgan helped me over the course of three phone calls to diagnose and correct an issue with my stove. I would never do business with anyone else!

I have purchased two Quadrafire stoves from Country Comfort. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wish we would have done our homework before buying our Quadra Fire pellet stove. We bought our pellet stove elsewhere and the customer service was less than desireable. We found Country Comfort and have been getting our replacement parts and we buy our pellets there as well when we buy by the ton. Can't complain about Country Comfort's customer service or their prices!! Thank you!!
