(More) Just this past weekend I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima Limited from Yonkers Kia. I saw the Optima Limited on autotrader. I live in Georgia and I realized this would be a difficult situation where I'd have to go to NY to visit the dealership, look at the car, and then decide what to do...well that wasn't the case here. I called up the dealership and I spoke with Rich Palmeri and Uncle Rich made it happen. In a week's time (from Mon through Fri) we negotiated a price, an estimate of an interest rate and a date and time for me to fly up there to look at the vehicle and if I didn't like it, I could walk away. I'm not a big risk taker but there wasn't any pressure at all and Rich stood by his word. Over the weekend, I flew into LaGuardia, and Rich picked me up as a courtesy ride, took me back to the dealership and I saw the vehicle and worked with Joe Palatucci and Stephanie Burnman to work out the car deal. I ended up with car and I'm a happy customer! (Hide)
