Bruce's Burritos

and I have dreamed for years about owning our own restaurant. We have both worked in many restaurants and always felt that we could accomplish more in our own place. We searched for a space for five years, looking for just the right opportunity to set off on our own. Finally the spot found us when Karen, former owner of Sharons Breakfast and Lunch, called us to ask if we would like to buy her restaurant. We spent two months converting and remodeling the space and opened it on March 2nd, 2006. The response from the town of Yarmouth and all of our customers has been tremendous and very gratifying. We both are so happy to be serving people quick, healthy and satisfying have been very excited at the response weve received from all of our customers. From the 10 month old babies who love black beans to the 60 year old having their first burrito are genuinely happy and keep coming back for more. Many people have quickly become regulars. It is very gratifying to see the same people 34 times, and to hear from on a daily basis We are so glad you are here, this is exactly what Yarmouth of this would have been possible without the help of our parents, Kenneth Roberta Bruns and John Pat Luttrell. Our amazing contractor, Bob Emerson, who helped us innumerable ways. And of course, Lily, whom we have done all of this for, is actually our best little employee She always makes sure to cover the hot sauce bottles, for the saftey of other little children. She was the first on to think of putting the napkins in the baskets when we prepare them for service, which was one of the first truly innovative and appreciated ideas here at located in the Yarmouth Marketplace on US Route 1, right next to ShermanWilliams.Less
