This is by far the best insurance in Wythe County. The customer service is terrific and I was extremely happy about their prices. Unlike my old insurance carrier who just wanted my business and could care less if I was actually took care of, the agent I worked with made sure I was insured correctly and that doesn't mean being over insured. He worked through a cost estimator and let me know that my home was way over insured and lowered my coverage to where it needed to be. I am a true Farm Bureau believer and I encourage everyone else to give them a call, they really helped me!!!
