We are proud to have been solving legal problems for our clients in Central and Eastern Massachusetts for over 90 years, and look forward to the opportunity of working with you.Our firm was founded in 1918 by Joseph Talamo and James Phillips. They subsequently merged with Sumner Silver and David Talman in 1957. We have represented businesses and individuals in Worcester County and beyond. Jay Aframe and Scott Sinrich currently manage the firm, which now consists of seven lawyers. The firm has provided extensive legal services to individuals, businesses, banks, trusts and estates, and charitable institutions throughout our community. We are a general practice firm handling extensive civil litigation cases, business planning, estate planning and real estate transactions.
