short staffed, badly run. as hard as the staff works, they do not receive fair compensation and are constantly having any "perks" taken away. you do not even get a christmas bonus if you are short of working there for six months by even a few days. and the staff no longer even gets paid holidays off. if your regular day on happens to fall on a holiday that you aren't scheduled to work, you actually LOSE a days pay. it's a dreary facility, never well stocked and not at all a good place to work.
