My refrigerator quit cooling. I called United Appliance Repair. The phone was answered and an appointment was set for the very next morning. Someone came to the house in the time frame promised, diagnosed the problem within minutes. He told me that he would have to order the part and come back, but in the mean time he unclogged everything in my fridge so it would immediately work. When he returned he was in and out in 20 minutes and my fridge works.

I'm definitely a fan and would use them again if/when something else breaks.

Very fast response (3 hours) despite the fact that my Vonage was down and the repairman couldn't get in touch with me. He fixed my "broken" dryer (which ran but didn't heat) just by asking me questions about when I discovered the problem. That led to the solution without him having to even pull the dryer out.

Great first impression! I called yesterday afternoon and was scheduled for dryer maintenance today between 8-11 am due to the fact that my dryer was tumbling but without heat. At 8 am I got a call from United Appliance Repairs LLC advising of 15 minute notice of arrival. Within 5 minutes the technician determined the problem was a faulted switch and broken thermostat and the repair was completed within 30 minutes. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I will defintitely call United Appliance Repairs LLC if any other of my major appliances need repair. I highly recommend their business.
