Office staff is incredibly rude and not knowledgeable in their job. Staff is too busy having personal conversations then answering phone calls. They don't answer forcing you to leave a message but never received any call back. Referral employee is never actually at work. The office manager is clueless. Prescriptions not called in in a timely manner. Nurses are inappropriate and do not have a well rounded medical education.
