      MAXIMUM price allowed by law used for every charge, non consensual. Never notified me about vehicle being there and each day it is held there is an additional daily charge. Refused to let me get my vehicle out (4:35pm) because it would extend past closing time to complete the task. No debit/credit, cash only. They could not provide proper change (Breaking a $50 over $25). I had to come up with EXACT change. However, very friendly and helpful tow drivers (Paul, Matt)
