I have had an acct. at the Haines City branch for many years, I have several accts. and my family has accts. at this bank. A "customer service" employee has sent me several replys to my request for return of $64 in (2) NSF fees. The problem began when I authorized a debit for my health insur. and the acct. fell short of funds. I requested protection thru funds transfer from my chkg acct. This never occured. But a employee took interest in my acct and offered to contact me if such occasion occured. That employee has left Centerstate. I have never been informed of the NSF condition (either thru ph, email, or US mail) and was unaware until checking my acct. thru the net site. It appears that Centerstate would rather keep unearned money/fees than perform customer service to rectify an otherwise ordinary problem. For this reason I am contacting other banks in the area to change banks. WHAT A SHAME.
