Normally outstanding but, the most recent visit was quite the opposite. the girl who waited on us apparently had no customer service training at all! The guys have been super, going out of their way to help us, this girl acted like we were bothering her for coming in.This was Wed 4-29-15 early afternoon.We have purchased several items at this location, including a mini ipad and an ipad, but these will very likely be our last.....or we will just check to see who is working before doing business. Again to the guys you have been awesome,PLEASE if we do continue to do business at your store,do not subject us to her poor customer service!! Even putting on an act like she was concerned about our problem would have made some difference.

Amazing customer service! I went to the coorporate store in downtown winter haven and they treated me horribly.. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledge by the staff. I had to go GET someone. Today I decided to try this store. VERY thankful I did. I was welcomed by a lady named Jenn. She listened to everything I needed and helped me through it all. Not only did she demo the phones for me but once I purchased a phone, she helped me set it up and showed me how to use it. Even transfered my contacts from my old phone. She was very patient and I'm thankful I stopped in. I recommend this location to anyone. Whoever is teaching them customer service is doing a good job!

This is the best AT&T location I have been to. All of the sales reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to do all of my service at this location. OUTSTANDING STORE.

The staff at this location is outstanding, they are very knowledgeable and courteous. I was on my way home from from work one night and wasn't sure if I would make it on time, I called ahead to find out if they had what I needed and their store hours. The gentleman on the line said that he would wait as long as it took for me to get there. Then he stayed an extra hour and a half past closing time helping me with my issues. God bless that young man for be so kind and patient.

This has been very helpful every time I stop in.

I used to go to the store in downtown Winter Haven and got treated like just a number. I happened to stop into this location and was in shock. Not only did I not have to wait for more than a few minute but the staff was extreamly helpfull and actually seamed to care about there customer's. They reviewed my bill for me and saved me $30/mo and all I came in for was to by an accessory. I Highly recommend this store if your looking to sign up for service or just want them to look over your bill for you. Great People with Great Attitude. A+++
