She said yes and asked my name,once I gave it to her she gave me a pr... (More) Tonight I witnessed customer service at its worst at the pharmacy drive-thru. Understanding that I pulled up as they where closing, I asked the young lady did I catch you in time? She said yes and asked my name,once I gave it to her she gave me a price that was incorrect and I told her. She was very rude in saying do you want me to print the screen for you, I told her I believe that the screen says what it says it just happens to be wrong. I explained to her that I've never paid that much for all of my prescriptions, and at that point another associate came to the window and rudely interrupted saying "look are you are you gonna buy it or not because we have to close" I was so discussed that I just drove off in pain. If she cared to look she would've seen that she was trying to sell me the name brand rather than the generic that I normally get. In my 8 plus years of management experience I know that once you engage the custome it's your job to provide good service all the way through! (Hide)
Yesterday 2/15/13 I witnessed a truly excellent employee at work. I had submitted a refill of one of my prescriptions. When I got to the drive up window I was informed that the Pharmicist was having a problem with Medicare refilling my request. I... (More) Yesterday 2/15/13 I witnessed a truly excellent employee at work. I had submitted a refill of one of my prescriptions. When I got to the drive up window I was informed that the Pharmicist was having a problem with Medicare refilling my request. It seems that Medicare was insisting all 3 meds be refilled even though my doctor said she would call in the others when needed. I went inside and saw the Pharmicist "Mickie L" make several phone calls including my doctor to settle this snafu.While on the phone Mickie had other associates going to her for assistance. She remained cool and professional. She finally got it all straightened out and had my prescriptions filled. Then she asked me if my AARP Supplemental was paying my co-pay. I told her no.. She checked out the process and said they should have. She reprocessed this refill and the previous and got me a refund. I have always had a good experience with this CVS --this one was exceptional.
