I love how all of the bad ratings are by anonymous! Here's a good anonymous rating. these are Just other businesses looking to put a great new business down. Don't believe a word of it, come in and try for yourself!

We ate here a couple of weeks ago. They were very busy and we had quite a wait but everyone was very nice and accomidating ..the place is beautiful ..nice music..great house wine. When we sat down we enjoyed our meal immensely! We will certainly be back again

I agree!!! I have eaten there and it is fabulous and the owner is a great hardworking man who is great for that town! Dont avoid this place due to one person's misleading review.

In my opinion if you are going to write a review about someones restaurant and really mean it, it should not be autonomous! It just seems as if someone is trying to ruin a new business...state your name! I myself have not eaten there ...know the owner ...and know he can cook a steak and wouldn't send anything out bad! He knows how to cook...so stop being anonymous and putting down a hard working man!!!

What a waste of time and money! Our server was the only saving grace, because he was pleasant, but he couldnt salvage this experience. Poorly cooked food, a wait of over an hour, and the manager could care less that people were having a terrible experience. He may be counting on the high turnover of seasonal ski business. To cap it off one of us ended up with food poisoning from the seafood....never again.

They get the second star for the polite wait staff and decor. The food, such as it was, was okay. $24 for a steak in Windham? 1. I will never again wait nearly an hour for SOME of the food to arrive. 2. I WILL not pay 5-star prices for a mediocre meal. 3. The place is a loud bar within a dining room. Get rid of the tables, bring in a band, and serve bar snacks along with domestic beers. That might work. A very expensive lesson learned....

The restaurant looks really nice--it's brand new and decorated like a mountain cabin. The wait time for a table was similar to most restaurants in Windham during Christmas week--long, but we were a large group and enjoyed eachother's company and the bartender so it wasn't that bad. The trouble started once we were seated! The service was very slow--and not very friendly; all the specials were no longer available; substitutions were made on our side orders without consulting us--because they were out of rice and baked potatoes; and the worst was that the filet mignon came out as a lump of grizzle--in a steak house!!!!

food was horrible they couldn't make a steak we ordered 4 steaks medium rare they came well done sent them back and we tried to talk to manager but " he was busy" I would not recommend this steak house

This is the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Requested two steaks, one medium and one medium rare. Both came out well done, couldn't even cut through them. Sent them back and one came back raw and one was decent. The baked potato was cold and when we asked to speak to the owner several times, we were told he was too busy. The hostest was incredibly rude. I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone. The table next to us was a party of seven and they sent all of their meals back. Their waitress came out and said they wouldn't remake all of their meals because there was too many people to redo the order. They clearly do know have their customers in mind.
