When I Arrived at the Home On February 7 for an English Lesson, I Found the Home Freezing Cold and Learned the Family, Which Includes Five Children, Had Been Completely Without Heat for Several Days. They Had One Space Heater Set Up in A Bedroom Where All Seven of Them Had Been Sleeping. I Called Sobieski Immediately and Had the Good Fortune To Speak With M-Who, Over the Course of Two Days, Proved To Be Immeasurably Helpful and As Concerned About the Family's Circumstances As I Was. She Went Way Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. That Made the Difference in Our Choice of Sobieski Over Two Other Suppliers.
